is passionately interested in people and the stories they carry, imaginary or real. The search for what is true, real and what hides behind the surface (in character, situations and world events) is what intrigues her. She loves the suspense genres, drama and love stories. Since very young she has had an interest in politics, nature and society, both nationally and internationally. Curiosity is a driving force and she can’t help but to dig deep when it comes to understanding the world around her.  

After graduating from the Screenwriting program at Umeå University in 2007, Johanna has worked as a screenwriter and script consultant. Companies she has written for includes SAM productions ApS, Metafilm, SVT, SF, B-reel Film and Spark Productions. She has written tv shows like Viaplay’s “Hassel” (2017) and the Kristallen nominated comedy “Halvvägs till Himlen” (2015).
